Alexandra Hospital will start treating non-life-threatening ambulance cases at its Urgent Care Centre come next month. Such cases include fractures, food poisoning or sprains. The hospital has been without a fully functioning emergency department since 2015. It is currently undergoing redevelopment and will open progressively from 2028. Sabrina Ng reports.
