ASME president Ang Yuit on sectors in Singapore that will be most affected by US tariffs

Small- and medium-sized manufacturing firms in Singapore — especially those in the automobile and semiconductor supply chain — are bracing for higher costs after the US announced blanket tariffs. However, the Singapore Manufacturing Federation said it can create opportunities as other economies are being hit even harder. President of the Association of Small and Medium Enterprises Ang Yuit shared how companies might actually benefit and choose to diversify their supply chains.
