Bus commuters must follow new Conditions of Carriage or risk being asked to alight

Blasting loud music on buses or making seats dirty. The Transport Ministry will introduce regulations against poor commuter conduct on public buses. From Monday, all commuters will have to behave according to Conditions of Carriage. Bus captains can ask commuters who flout the rules to get off the bus or even involve the police.
