Business Unusual asks companies where they want to be one year from now as they cope with pandemic induced disruption and economic slowdown. The series will look at business behaviour in 3 possible scenarios: a return to total lockdown, a partial lockdown and a return to normal. Uncertainty often pushes businesses to cut investment, costs and manpower. But is this always the right thing to do? Can businesses consider potential scenarios and strategise for outcomes that will allow them to thrive and survive?
