Chinese President Xi outlines vision for new global order at security forum
Chinese President Xi Jinping has warned of more challenges to global security and development, and slammed what he described as "bullying" by other countries. He was speaking at the Shanghai Cooperation Organisation summit. Mr Xi also proposed a new Global Governance Initiative, warning that the house rules of a few countries must not be imposed upon others. Deborah Wong reports.
