30:35 Min
Communications and Information Minister S Iswaran outlined a slew of initiatives in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). He said that his ministry would leave strong foundations for the digital future by investing in infrastructure, driving research and digital innovation, equipping businesses with digital tools and supporting Singaporeans to learn, upscale and stay informed. One initiative to be launched this year is the new Chief Technology Officer (CTO)-as-a-Service scheme that will include a one-stop, self-help tool for small and medium-sized enterprises to assess their digital needs and gaps.
