The Government has rolled out many schemes to help Singaporeans go digital, said MP Shawn Huang in Parliament on Tuesday (Mar 2). He cited examples of support for seniors, hawkers and low-income families. However, he wanted to know about plans to drive ground-up initiatives to foster a digitally inclusive society.
