Committee of Supply 2021 debate, Day 5: Baey Yam Keng on using OneService app for community issues

Residents have had a say in new colour schemes for the repainting of neighbourhoods, which they have selected through voting, MP Baey Yam Keng said in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 4). He asked if such voting processes could be integrated into the OneService app, and for the app to be used as a tool to gather input from residents on community issues. This would be more effective than depending on observations by grassroots volunteers, he said.
