Committee of Supply 2022 debate, Day 2: Raj Joshua Thomas on holistic criminal justice system

He urged the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) to continue to support ground-up programmes to prevent re-offending. He asked for updates on MHA's efforts in spreading the anti-drug message and the impact it has made. He also wanted to know how Singapore compares with countries which do not impose the death penalty for drug trafficking offences.
