“There is no plan B, because there is no planet B”. MP Louis Ng issued this warning in Parliament on Monday (Mar 7), as he called for continued partnership by businesses and citizens to tackle the issue of climate change together. He also renewed his call to tackle second-hand smoke, saying it is a threat which “cannot be ignored”. He also urged the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment to consider extending the charge for disposable bags beyond supermarkets.
