Certificate of Entitlement (COE) prices for motorcycles have been high amid high demand even as supply has been squeezed. This affects the lower-income group, especially those who use motorcycles for work. MP Murali Pillai suggested creating a separate COE category for delivery motorcycles, with a similar growth rate to the goods vehicles category. He spoke in Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 9).
