Disputes between neighbours and disputes involving racial and religious issues must be "nipped in the bud", said MP Joan Pereira in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 10). She asked that grassroots volunteers and staff be trained to mediate disputes between neighbours in the “spirit of care” in the community.
