Committee of Supply 2022 debate, Day 7: Mark Chay on additional support for Team Singapore athletes
In Parliament on Thursday (Mar 10), NMP Mark Chay called for more funds to be allocated for Singapore's national teams to give them a fair shot at preparing, qualifying and competing at international competitions. He also urged the Government to build up the capabilities for sports science and administration, as well as provide stronger support for Team Singapore athletes who are in National Service.
