Will the implementation of CPF contributions for platform workers be done in phases to give workers more time to adjust? As those aged above 30 can opt out of making CPF contributions, does that mean the platform owner also does not need to contribute in such cases and if so, will there be measures to prevent companies discriminating against gig workers who opt in?
