Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 5: Ng Ling Ling on aviation sector recovery and sustainability

The lifting of restrictions on international travel is expected to help Singapore’s aviation sector make a strong recovery, said MP Ng Ling Ling. Speaking in Parliament on Thursday (Mar 2), she wanted to know how Changi Airport is managing the recovery and ensuring that airport operations can cope with the increased volume of travellers as well as the welfare and safety of its staff. She also wanted to know how the Government is enabling more sustainable green solutions.
