04:21 Min

There are mixed feelings among general practitioners (GPs) on the Healthier SG initiative and a need for clarity around a few matters, said MP Ng Ling Ling in Parliament on Friday (Mar 3). She wanted to know how the revenue of GPs will be impacted by the new subsidy criteria on medications, as well as what form of IT capabilities will be provided to GPs and how such costs will be covered. Ms Ng also asked the Ministry of Health to share how it can help Traditional Chinese Medicine practitioners embark on clinical research that will meet the high standards of the Institutional Review Board.
