With many pathways in action to develop young footballing talent, how do they mesh together to ensure that there is enough young talent playing together at the right level and standard? What is the progress of teams from Unleash the Roar! and are they performing well in the National School Games? These questions were raised by MP Sharael Taha in Parliament on Monday (Mar 6). He also said there needs to be sufficient and proficient training staff and coaches to support all the different talent development pipelines. He asked how the Government is developing these staff and whether there are enough developmental opportunities for local coaches.
