Committee of Supply 2023 debate, Day 7: Tin Pei Ling on building resilience in the arts and culture sector
Without the support of an organisation, workers in arts and culture will inevitably be hit hard by an economic downturn, said MP Tin Pei Ling in Parliament on Monday (Mar 6). She asked the Government how it has helped workers in the sector continue to make a living and even make new breakthroughs in the past year, while striving to improve their creations. She also wanted to know how the Government will revitalise the local arts and culture ecosystem and empower its workers.
