The nature of warfare is evolving, with battles no longer confined to the traditional physical domains of the sea, air and land, but taking place in the digital domain. MP Shawn Huang said this in Parliament on Wednesday (Feb 28). He asked the Defence Minister to provide views on what the Ministry of Defence or the Singapore Armed Forces is doing to address threats in the digital domain, including steps that the Digital and Intelligence Service is taking to guard against these threats.
