MP Denise Phua said there should be a formal yearly review of the Enabling Masterplan 2030. In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), she said with rapid changes in society and technology, the masterplan might become obsolete. She also said there are certain critical gaps in the masterplan, including the need for a comprehensive support system for persons with disabilities on inclusive insurance.
