NMP Jean See said arts, exercise, sports and outdoor adventure education remain essential in strengthening and uniting Singaporeans across all ages. In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), she said coaches must be supported to keep faith. She asked if the Ministry of Culture, Community and Youth can, among others, work closely with the National Instructors and Coaches Association to finetune the SkillsFuture Level-Up Programme to help freelance coaches make career breakthroughs.
