MP Tin Pei Ling said parents today are under tremendous stress as they juggle careers and provide quality care for their children and elderly parents. In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), she said recent cases of infant and childcare abuse are of great concern. She asked what is being done to strengthen governance and at the same time maintain quality and yet ensure that costs are not passed on to parents.
