The Community of Success vision, based on the three C’s - Character, Competency and Citizenry - is not only a roadmap for the Malay-Muslim community. It also reflects the nation’s broader aspirations, said MP Wan Rizal. In Parliament on Wednesday (Mar 6), he said success in society is not only measured through an individual's achievement but also through the community’s contributions. In this context, the Citizenry component of the framework takes on higher significance. Dr Wan Rizal asked how the element of Citizenry can contribute to the common aspirations of Singaporeans and strengthen Singapore’s social compact. He also wanted to know what are some of the key initiatives to educate and enable the community to lead a healthier lifestyle.
