Committee of Supply 2026 debate, Day 4: David Hoe on MSE as aggregator for pest control
In parliament on Tuesday (Mar 3), MP David Hoe suggested that the Ministry of Sustainability and the Environment (MSE) and the National Environment Agency (NEA) do more as a national aggregator for pest control to build a more liveable environment. He elaborated that if MSE and NEA can coordinate standards, pull demand and strengthen shared capabilities, the government can reduce unevenness across estates and deliver a more consistent baseline public health and liveability for residents across Singapore.
