Singapore is assembling one of the world's most integrated aviation, aerospace and semiconductor logistics platforms. But infrastructure alone does not create advantage, ecosystems do, said MP Sharael Taha in parliament on Wednesday (Mar 4). He said that the strategic question is how Singapore can elevate the infrastructure expansion into a coordinated, AI-enabled economic engine that generates high-value jobs, anchors capital, and secures competitiveness for many decades in the East and North East districts in Singapore. Mr Sharael also sought clarification on three areas as Singapore strengthens its position as a global logistics hub.
