The Malaysian parliament has debated a report by a Royal Commission of Inquiry relating to the conduct of former prime minister Mahathir Mohamad over his decision to drop a challenge against a World Court ruling on Batu Puteh, also known as Pedra Branca. The report recommended an investigation of the ex-leader over his decision not to pursue a review of that ruling. Afifah Ariffin reports from Kuala Lumpur.
