Fate of popular Hotel Miramar Japanese buffet restaurant in limbo with no word from hotel
Popular Japanese buffet restaurant Ikoi is in limbo, following news two days ago that its landlord Hotel Miramar will be closing in October. The restaurant shares on social media that the hotel management has not communicated any plans regarding future operations. While the Food, Drinks and Allied Workers Union has helped more than 100 hotel staff secure healthy retrenchment packages, CNA understands Ikoi's staff has not approached the union for support.
