At a doorstop interview on Wednesday (Jul 12), Singapore's Deputy Prime Minister Lawrence Wong spoke to journalists about the Corrupt Practices Investigation Bureau's (CPIB) investigation involving Transport Minister S Iswaran. He said other West Coast GRC MPs will cover for Mr Iswaran, as it will be "difficult" for him to undertake his duties as a representative for the constituency. He also highlighted the differences between CPIB's probe into the Ridout Road case and this investigation.
