Hamas says 'no point' in truce talks as Israel plans to capture entire Gaza Strip

Hamas has said it is no longer interested in ceasefire negotiations with Israel, a day after Tel Aviv approved plans to scale up military operations in Gaza. Israel's new plan has sparked international condemnation, with the UN voicing alarm and urging an end to the violence.
