India is emerging as a major Apple manufacturing hub. According to reports, key supplier Foxconn plans to double production in India to up to 30 million iPhones this year. This, as the US tech giant pivots to India as part of its strategy to diversify manufacturing beyond China. Analysts estimate about 15% of the iPhones are currently made in India.
