Indonesia, Pakistan sign wide-ranging agreements as both countries mark 75 years of diplomatic ties
Indonesian President Prabowo Subianto has met Pakistani Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif during his first state visit to the South Asian nation. With deadly flooding back home on the island of Sumatra, Mr Prabowo has come under pressure in the last few days to declare a national emergency to mobilise assets. But, in Pakistan, the Indonesian leader focused on marking 75 years of diplomatic relations. Both leaders held talks seeking to expand cooperation on trade and foreign policy, inking several Memorandums of Understanding. Hira Mustafa reports from Islamabad.
