Israel-Hamas war: IDF's initial inquiry says aid worker deaths due to "mistaken identification"

Israel's military has said that its initial inquiry found that mistaken identification led to a strike on an aid convoy earlier this week, killing seven World Central Kitchen staff and triggering an international outcry.
