Israel launches deadly 'counter-terrorism operation' across four West Bank cities

The Israeli army has launched a series of coordinated raids across four cities in the occupied West Bank, calling it a "counter-terrorism operation". The operation involved drones, bulldozers and hundreds of soldiers across Jenin, Nablus, Tubas and Tulkarem. President of the Palestinian Authority Mahmoud Abbas has reportedly cut short a visit to Saudi Arabia to return to the West Bank, amid the rising violence. Mr Abbas' spokesperson has called on the US to intervene immediately and force Israeli authorities to stop their war on the Palestinian people. Sarah Coates reports.
