Koh Poh Koon on support for jobseekers with mental health conditions
A referral framework to provide customised employment support for jobseekers with mental health conditions will be rolled out in June 2026. The National Council of Social Service is working on this with employment support agencies. It is also developing a framework to assess work readiness and support needed by these individuals, with assessment tools and professionals to conduct the assessment. Senior Minister of State for Health Koh Poh Koon said this in parliament on Thursday (Nov 6) in reply to an MP’s question.
