The Mawar Community Services Hub at Onan Road was officially opened by Law and Home Affairs Minister K Shanmugam. It has a mock-up prison cell, to be used as part of a therapeutic intervention and rehabilitation programme for ex-offenders to reflect in. The cell is also open to the public to show just how grim life behind bars can be.
