More than 6,900 flats across eight projects have been launched under June's Build-to-Order exercise. Starting from this launch, there is a reduced initial downpayment of 2.5 per cent of the purchase price, down from 5 per cent or 10 per cent, for those eligible. This targets young couples who are students and national servicemen, for example.
