Budget meals costing S$3 (US$2.20) to S$3.50 are being made available in more coffeeshops. To date, 114 HDB rental coffeeshops have joined the budget meal initiative. The housing board says this number will rise to 130 by year-end. However, as Claudia Lim finds out, not all coffee shops know about the scheme.
