NDR 2022: Singapore must build a world-class talent pool

Countries all over the world are making a special effort to court top international talents and Singapore cannot afford to be left behind, said PM Lee Hsien Loong in his National Day Rally speech on Aug 21.
While the Government manages the overall population of foreign professionals in Singapore, the country must not stop seeking out top talent who can contribute to the Singapore Story, he added.
