North Korea conducts its longest-ever ballistic missile test

North Korea has fired what is said to be its longest-ever ballistic missile test, drawing ire from Washington, Seoul and Tokyo. What appeared to be a new type of solid-fuel intercontinental ballistic missile (ICBM) was fired towards the East Sea. South Korea condemned the launch and announced new export controls on materials needed to produce solid-fuel missiles. It also conducted large-scale joint air exercises with US forces in the Yellow Sea. Lim Yun Suk reports.
