Police responded to a case of a suspicious person seen in the vicinity of Soo Chow View along Upper Thomson Road on Tuesday (24 Feb). This was near the location of two alleged break-ins in the past week. MP for the area, Chee Hong Tat has requested that police increase surveillance in the estate, including the forested areas.
