Registry of Marriages to be temporarily relocated to Esplanade Mall from Apr 14
The Registry of Marriages will be located at Esplanade Mall until 2028. From Apr 14, it will take over part of the space formerly occupied by library@esplanade. The registry's iconic building at Canning Rise will be going through a facelift after about four decades. Rebecca Metteo was there on its last day and met its architect Madam Ang Bee Yean, who was also the first bride to have her wedding solemnised at the Registry of Marriages in 1983.
