Restless: Biohacking Better Health
Why are so many of us exhausted, even when we think we’re doing the right things? Restless follows six Singaporeans struggling with fatigue as they juggle caregiving, work, family, ambition and demanding schedules. Some are caring for others while running on empty; others are young adults pushing themselves to get ahead. Guided by digital medicine expert Professor Dean Ho, they explore what their own biology can reveal about why they’re tired. Wearables, health data and biomarker tests offer a window into how their bodies respond to sleep, stress, food and exercise. But the answer isn’t to overhaul their lives. Each tries small, personalised changes that fit the realities of their routines — from changing when they sleep, eat and exercise to rethinking caffeine and screen time. As the weeks unfold, can seeing how their bodies respond help them break long-held habits, reclaim their energy and find a healthier balance?
