Russia-Ukraine war: Kremlin declines to say if Putin will attend talks with Ukraine
There is still no clarity from Russia on whether its leader will attend peace talks with Ukraine, set for Istanbul on May 15. The Kremlin says the meeting is still on, but will only disclose the make-up of the Russian delegation once President Vladimir Putin gives the order.
