Singapore says it has not yet seen the need to dip into its energy stockpile, but at the same time, it is prepared for multiple contingencies. Minister-in-charge of Energy and Science & Technology, Dr Tan See Leng, said agencies are working around the clock to make sure supply chains remain intact.
