Ng Kok Song spoke to reporters after he was formally announced as a candidate in Singapore's Presidential Election on Nomination Day (Aug 22).
Mr Ng spoke on his chances in the election and addressed fellow candidate Tan Kin Lian's comment that he was not a "strong" contender. He also explained the meaning of his campaign symbol, an open palm with a heart.
