SNEF president Robert Yap resigns amid "governance procedural lapse"

Singapore National Employers Federation (SNEF) president Dr Robert Yap has resigned. This comes after the federation found a "governance procedural lapse" during a routine internal review. SNEF is not aware of any financial implications arising from the lapse and says no police report is warranted. It also did not disclose the reason behind the resignation. The federation has engaged an external consultant to thoroughly review its internal processes.
