As the new vaccination-differentiated measures kick in on Wednesday (Oct 13), some shopping mall retailers are concerned that the new rules may affect business. The Singapore Retailers Association says it is concerned about how the new rules will be enforced, despite flexibilities given to visitors with valid reasons to enter the malls. Lisha Rodney reports.
