South Korea's President Yoon Suk-yeol has vowed to punish North Korea "multiple times stronger" in the event of any act of provocation against the South. His comments came shortly after North Korea's leader Kim Jong Un announced he would do away with a long-standing goal of reunification, seeking instead to amend the constitution, to ensure that Seoul is seen as Pyongyang's "primary foe".
