32 organisations in Singapore to test new solutions to make workplaces more age-friendly
32 organisations in Singapore are testing new solutions to make their work environments more age-friendly for senior workers. The firms in the programme are from a wide spectrum of industries, including manufacturing, hospitality, security and financial services. The initiative goes beyond tailoring job roles that better suit seniors. Other focus areas include skills upgrading and more flexible work hours. The government is also providing funding support for the organisations to get their programmes off the ground. Alexandra Anand reports.
