MOH recommends pay raise of 7% or more for most community care sector roles

The Ministry of Health has updated salary guidelines for Singapore's community care sector, recommending an increase of about 7% or more in annual total compensation for most roles. The move is expected to benefit over 23,000 staff. While not mandatory, MOH said community care organisations are strongly encouraged to adjust the pay packages by early next year.
